HONESDALE - The Wayne County Commissioners have prepared the proposed 2012 County Budget and presented it for public review.

The Budget totals $28,464,742, which represents a decrease of 1.16% over the 2011 adopted budget.  The budget contains no tax increase for the Year 2012.

The budget will be available for inspection in the Wayne County Commissioners office, or on the County website www.co.wayne.pa.us, and will be adopted on December 27.
