HARRISBURG – In an effort to allow residents of the 189th District to voice their opinions on the major issues taking shape within the Pennsylvania House of Representatives, Rep. Rosemary M. Brown (R-Monroe/Pike) is alerting her constituents to a survey available on her website at RepBrown.com.
“In order for me to provide the best representation in Harrisburg for our district, I want to know what constituents’ opinions are on the issues,” Brown said. “From Sunday hunting and school choice to the Marcellus Shale to property taxes and the privatization of the state-owned liquor stores, this 13-question survey highlights the biggest issues in Harrisburg right now. I encourage residents to fill out the survey and include their own thoughts and suggestions in the comment section.”
Residents who do not have Internet service can contact Brown’s district office at (570) 420-8301 for a copy to be mailed to them, or stop by 696 Seven Bridge Road, Suite 101 (Route 209) in East Stroudsburg to pick one up.
When completing the online survey, residents will be asked for their names and contact information. Brown assured residents that names, addresses, phone numbers and email addresses are not shared or sold to any third party. That information stays within the House of Representatives.
