Pugh

MIDDLE SMITHFIELD TWP - Robyn Ellen Pugh, 41, of Stroud Township was charged with five counts each of Perjury under the Election Code, Unlawful Voting under the election Code, and the Crimes Code offenses of False Swearing in Official Matters and Tampering with Public Records/Information for fraudulently registering to vote in Middle Smithfield Township and then voting in four elections between June 2008 and November 2010. Ms. Pugh, a former employee of Middle Smithfield Township, resided in Stroud Township during that period.

Ms. Pugh was arraigned before Magisterial District Judge Brian Germano and then released on $100,000 unsecured bail. A preliminary hearing has been scheduled for July 18th, 2012.
