LANCASTER COUNTY SC – An autopsy today could determine if human remains found Monday in South Carolina may be those of Joseph Devivo, 87, who disappeared from his Stroud Township home several weeks ago.  The remains were found after a suspect in custody in Devivo’s disappearance told them where to look.

Rico Herbert was arrested in South Carolina on February 25.  He had Devivo’s wallet and was driving the missing man’s car.
