Greentown man sentenced to prison for underage sex

MILFORD - Jeramy Bailey, 34, of Greentown, PA was sentenced to a State Correctional Facility for 16 to 32 months and ordered to pay a fine of $1, 600 for the crimes of Indecent Assault and Corruption of Minors. On December 6, 2009, in Greene Township, Bailey engaged in sexual intercourse with a girl under the age of 18.

 

Other criminal sentences issued by Pike County President Judge Joseph Kameen:

Camara Chatham, 35 of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 18 days and ordered to pay a fine of $300 for the crime of Harassment. On August 17, 2012 in Lehman Township, Chatham pushed and scratched another person in the back of the head.

Dennis Babcock, 58, of Dingmans Ferry, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 72 hours to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,050 and had his driver’s license suspended for 12 months for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and two motor vehicle violations. On July 17, 2011, in Dingman Township, Babcock was found to be driving under the influence. His blood alcohol level was .186%.

Josh Williamson, 38, of Port Jervis, NY was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 6 to 23 months followed by an additional 12 months of probation and ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 for the crime of Retail Theft. On September 28, 2010, in Westfall Township, Williamson took a 32” Vizio Television without paying the full retail value of $358. In a separate incident in Westfall Township on January 14, 2012, Williamson took a 32” Sony Television without paying the full retail value of $298.

Sean Dooner, 30, of Effort, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 30 days to 6 months and ordered to pay a fine of $200 for the crime of Possession with Intent to Use Drug Paraphernalia. On October 3, 2011, on Interstate 84, in Greene Township, Dooner was found in possession of a plastic bottle and plastic wrapping, both items used to store a controlled substance.

Jeffrey Baumann, 43, of Lake Ariel, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 120 days to 6 months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,750 and had his driver’s license suspended for 2 years for the crimes of Driving Under the Influence and Driving While Operating Privileges are Suspended. On February 3, 2012, in Palmyra Township, Bauman was found to be driving under the influence and a license that was suspended for a previous DUI conviction. His blood alcohol level was .153%.

Divine Brown, 20, of Bushkill, PA was sentenced to the Pike County Correctional Facility for 6 to 23 ½ months, ordered to pay a fine of $1,000 and had his driver’s license suspended for 6 months for the crimes of Possession with Intent to Deliver a Controlled Substance and Driving While Operating Privileges are Suspended. On April 17, 2012, Brown was found to be driving under the influence and a license that was suspended for a previous DUI conviction, and in possession of marihuana with the intent to deliver the controlled substance.
