Frein trial: Day two

MILFORD – The sometimes graphic nuts and bolts of a murder trial set in on day two of the Eric Frein trial in Pike County court.

Several state troopers were called to the stand on Wednesday with some being asked to detail the forensic evidence related to the killing of Cpl Bryon Dickson, who was shot to death outside the Blooming Grove barracks in September 2014.  Trooper Alex Douglass was seriously wounded.

Frein was arrested 48 days after the crime and charged with the ambush shooting.

The trial is expected to last three to four weeks.
