Man accused of recording people in bathroom

Williams

BLOOMING GROVE TWP – State Police say they figured out who placed a cell phone in the women’s bathroom at a service station a year and a half ago.

The device was discovered on December 24, 2015, at the Dunkin Donuts Xtra Mart on Route 739, just off I-84.  An examination of the phone revealed recordings of females in the bathroom.

This week, police announced the arrest of Caitland Williams, 22, of Lords Valley.  He is charged with sexual abuse of children, for attempting to photograph children in an inappropriate way.  Other charges include invasion of privacy and criminal use of a communication facility.

Police are trying to identify other victims.  Anyone with information, or who believes they may be a victim, is asked to contact state police at 570-226-5718.
