JOHNSON CITY, TN – A man, who was one of Tennessee’s Top 10 Most Wanted suspects, has been captured.

Jarret Heitmann, 24, was arrested last Thursday by New Orleans, Louisiana Police following a shoplifting incident. He was being held in the Orleans Parish Jail in Louisiana, the Tennessee Bureau of Investigation reported.  Heitmann’s girlfriend, Makayla Stilwell, 22, was still at-large as of the weekend.

Both were spotted at the end of June in Westfall Township Walmart and had been seen the prior day in neighboring Orange County NY.
