Two charged with selling heroin in Wayne County

HONESDALE – Two men were recently arrested for allegedly selling heroin in Wayne County.

The arrests of Stephen Cable, 41, or Honesdale and Daniel Kemery, 34, of Beach Lake, stem from an undercover investigation conducted by detectives from the Wayne County District Attorney’s Office

Cable was arraigned one count of conspiracy to deliver heroin and one count of criminal use of communication facility, both felonies. Bail was set at $50,000.

Kemery was arraigned on one count of conspiracy to deliver heroin, one count of delivery of heroin, both felonies, and one count of possession of heroin, a misdemeanor. Bail was set at $35,000.00.

Both are in the Wayne County Correctional Facility.
