STROUDSBURG - The Stroud Area Regional Police Department is seeking the public’s help in identifying a male suspect in a burglary that occurred at the Shell Gas Station on McConnell Street in Stroudsburg at 12:30 a.m. on June 14. The male suspect is seen on video attempting to pull the ATM machine from the wall and later stealing various PA lottery tickets.
