Three charged in armed assault, robbery of juvenile

DELAWARE TWP – A 15-year-old reported being robbed at gunpoint in the Wild Acres Development on March 18, at about 9 p.m. The victim sustained minor injuries.

State Police investigated and arrested three suspects, all facing felony charges. 

Jovan Toussaint, 18, of Scranton is charged with robbery, theft, assault, firearms violation, receiving stolen property and conspiracy.

Woodrow Goodrow, 19, of Milford and Andy Nieves, 20, of Matamoras are charged with robbery, theft and burglary.

All three are in the Pike County Prison.  Bail was set at $200,000 for Toussaint and $100,000 for Goodrow and Nieves.

Police say the investigation is continuing and more arrests are expected.  Anyone with information as asked to contact Blooming Grove State Police at 570-226-5718.
