BLOOMING GROVE – Police have charged a Hawley electrician with collecting almost $1,500 from a Hemlock Farms woman to replace an electrical box in her home.  Ronald Hunt allegedly collected the money in January, for supplies, but never purchased any of the supplies or did any work.

Katz is charged with theft by unlawful taking, theft by deception and theft by failure to make required disposition.
