BLOOMING GROVE – A 17-year-old male from Nanuet NY was charged after allegedly partially exposing himself on Interstate 84.  Police say the teen was exposing his buttocks out the rear passenger side window of a vehicle as it was passing other vehicles on Interstate 84, Sunday afternoon.

The teen, not being identified by police, was charged with disorderly conduct.
