GREENE TOWNSHIP – A New Jersey man is in jail after allegedly taunting a tractor trailer driver in an incident that began near Scranton and ended in western Pike County. Joshua Knee, 24, of Brick NJ, apparently became angered when a tractor trailer driven by a Hunlock Creek PA man tried to pass him on Interstate 81 in Lackawanna County. For several miles, Knee allegedly would weave his pickup in front of the tractor trailer, frequently slamming on his brakes and at three points, ramming the trailer of the other vehicle. Knee is charged with aggravated assault, simple assault, recklessly endangering another person and staking. He is being held in the Pike County jail in lieu of $25,000 bail.
