COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP – A 12-year-old boy died Saturday afternoon when the golf cart in which he was riding flipped over .  The boy, whose name has not been released, reportedly died while being airlifted to a hospital.

The accident happened about 2 p.m., on Gallagher Road.
