COOLBAUGH TOWNSHIP – Police say the boy who died when a golf cart overturned Saturday was visiting form the Hazleton area.  Noah Paquin, 12, of Harleysville, died before he could be put on a helicopter to be taken to a hospital.

The accident happened late Saturday morning on Gallagher Road.  Paquin was a passenger in a golf cart driven by another 12-year-old who was not seriously hurt.
