HONESDALE – The president of Wyoming Homes, a modular home manufacturer, has surrendered to authorities to face charges. David Valenti faces four felony and one misdemeanor counts. Valenti is accused of taking a deposit from one customer but never delivering a home. Mike Agolia claims he paid almost $60,000 for a manufactured home that was never delivered. Agolia has been protesting with picket signs, for almost three months, in front Wyoming Homes on Route 6 in White Mills. Another case involves allegations money was diverted from an excavation company by forging the backs of some checks. Valenti is free on $50,000 bail. |
