ROSS TOWNSHIP – A Kresgeville man is charged with having sex with a girl who was nine at the time the assaults happened in 2003. 

Elvis Koch, 30, is being held on charges of child rape, involuntary deviate sexual intercourse, aggravated indecent assault, statutory sexual assault and other crimes.  Bail was set at $25,000.

Koch is alleged to have had two separate encounters with the girl, in August 2003.
