DINGMAN TOWNSHIP – An ATV rider, not wearing a helmet, died Saturday evening in an accident near Gold Key Lake Estates.  Police identify the victim as Thomas Gokay, 49, of Milford.

Police say Gokay apparently lost control of the ATV which left the road, went through a drainage ditch then hit a rock wall.  Gokay was dead at the scene.
