MILFORD - A weekend of fun and entertainment  is on tap in Milford.  In conjunction with the Milford Music Festival, Saturday and Sunday, the Milford Business Council, a committee of the Pike County Chamber of Commerce will be holding a Shopping Festival. Over thirty locations in town will be providing food, fun for the whole family, and exciting finds.

The first Annual Reigning Cats and Dogs pet parade, starts at noon, at 611 Broad Street. There will be prizes for different categories.

Artisans will be demonstrating their skills, there will be mineral displays, and non-profit groups will be promoting their ware. Kids can take advantage of face painting, crafts, and free drawings and give-aways. Milford will also be filled with books and clothing, as well as antiques and collectibles. Bargains will be waiting around every corner during the Shopping Festival.

The Pike County Chamber of Commerce is a membership organization working to grow the regional economy through collaboration and community growth projects.
