BLOOMING GROVE – A one-vehicle crash on Interstate 84 killed a Honesdale woman early Friday afternoon.  Maureen Spichalsky, 58, died after losing control of her minivan about 1 p.m. Friday.

The accident happened in the westbound lane at mile marker 39.9.  Spichalsky's minivan drifted off the left side of the road.  The driver tried to correct but eventually hit the guardrails, spinning across the highway, coming to rest on the right shoulder.

Spichalsky, not wearing a seatbelt, was ejected.  She did enroute to a local hospital.
