PARADISE TOWNSHIP – An ATV accident on a rural road Sunday evening killed Jerry Bentzoni, 31, of Stroudsburg.  Police say he lost control of his ATV, left the road and hit a tree. 

Bentzoni was not wearing a helmet and was dead at the scene.

The accident happened shortly after 7:40 p.m. on Montanesca Lane, a private road, a few miles south of Mount Pocono and west of Route 611.
