Harrisburg man held in area murder case

BLOOMING GROVE – State Police report the arrest of a suspect in the murder of a man whose body was dumped in Pike County a year ago.  Jesus Rosario-Torres, 46, of Harrisburg is the man police say shot Norman Domenech, 29, of Easton in January 2007.

Domenech’s body was found near Bushkill Falls, several months after he had been shot several times.

Rosario-Torres was arrested in Harrisburg and returned to Pike County Monday.  He is charged with first, second and third degree murder, criminal conspiracy and kidnapping.  Other charges could be filed.

Police say more arrests are possible.
