Third Pike murder suspect arrested |

BLOOMING GROVE – Police say they now have all suspects in custody in the June 2007 murder of Norman Domenech. Joseph Atwell, 33, a state prison inmate facxes a long list or charges, including first, second and third degree murder, two counts of conspiracy, and kidnapping. Atwell’s wife, Dawn Marie, 34, of Pen Argyl, was arrested Tuesday. The first suspect, Jesus Rosario-Torres, 46, of Harrisburg, was arrested Monday. All three are implicated in the shooting death of Domenech, whose bullet-riddled body was found near the Bears Den Hunting and Fishing Club in Porter Township. The victim and the three suspects were acquainted. Domenech had been living at the Atwell home in Forks Township. After the murder, police found weapons and drugs in the house. Joseph Atwell is at Graterford Prison, serving a five to 20-year on drug and weapons convictions. |
